Spoilt Beauty & Aesthetics Non-Returns Policy for all Treatments
At our salon, we strive to provide exceptional treatments to our clients. In order to maintain the quality of our services and ensure the satisfaction of our customers, we have implemented a non-returns policy for paid body and facial treatments. Please read the following policy carefully:
1. Payment Confirmation:
- All body and facial treatments must be paid for in full at the time of booking or before the scheduled appointment.
- Once payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the payment made for the treatment.
3. No-Shows:
- Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the payment made for the treatment.
4. Product Returns:
- In the case of retail products purchased during or after a treatment, we offer exchanges for unopened and unused products within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be provided for opened or used products.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee:
- While we DO NOT offer refunds for paid body and facial treatments, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services, it is at the salons discretion to defer any treatment programs or courses dependant on circumstances, (not exceeding 6 months from the original booking date). If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work with you to address any concerns.
